Terms and Conditions

The undersigned Cardholder hereby authorizes Miami Car Rental Plus Inc to charge the credit card specified above a minimum down payment of 25% of reservation total or a maximum of $350.00 to confirm the reservation. The reservation down payment is not refundable if reservation is cancelled and or client is a no show. The undersigned cardholder acknowledges and agrees that Miami Car Rental Plus will not be able to confirm the reservation if the card is not honored.

The undersigned also acknowledges and agrees that Miami Car Rental Plus Inc will consider the reservation down payment as a non refundable cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled. The undersigned also acknowledges that he/she is the owner and authorized signee for the credit card provided, and will not change the pickup and return date of the reservation. The reservation down payment will applied as a credit to the rental contract.

Customer will have to resubmit a new reservation if they wish to make changes to existing reservation. If a down payment is not paid within 7 days of submitting a reservation, vehicle and rates will not be guaranteed. Confirmation of reservation will take effect within 24 hours of receipt of down payment.
